how does the absence ofthe abs light, which indicates if there is a fault
in the abs system only cause you to “have no brakes at all”????? the brakes
will still function with or with out the abs system.
lol i should of say this due to the 3 lights that should of came on my
airbag didnt come on and i was in an accident on the 7th of this month and
guess what?? no air bag deployed yay me
what if its a manual? .. lol you probably cant drive manual in america
right? 😛 well my car has neither ABS or airbag or air condition, or an
automatic gearbox, its the best car ever made! -83 Mercedes-Benz w123 240D!
Check to see if the horn works… I know two used cars that had no horns…
What happens if you crash down a hill and were trapped all you had was your
horn as your cell phone broken. But some jackass removed it before selling
the car to you… Pritty easy to test but obviosuly no one checks… both
cars were also salavage so its a easy way to tell if its been hit

When i worked at a body shop, we would cut out the vin stickers and blend
them into the new panles. And we never painted over the stickers. Whats
shown is just the effect of a bad body guy.

would say it is a good car to purchase for the right price. I have bought
vehicles that were over 10 years old & they passed with flying colors.
Yes, but abs sensors are expensive to replace & can effect braking,
sometimes causing them to pulse when heavy pressure is applied. Chevy has
this problem in mid-2000 model minivans & suvs.

My BMW has airbag light on. Not because it doesn’t work, but because a
battery died at one point and it triggered airbag error.

@silas132 Yeah but you can assume it has rust issues, also a pretty bug

Just because the ABS light does indicate a fault, All that means is the
system needs looking at, The brakes will carry on as normal

an accident I took all mine off to paint my truck
You would want to leave your VIN stickers on to prove they are the original
panels. this is only important for resell in the future…
